1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
• The product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered

Note: Certain items like innerwear, personal care, and customized products may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order ID, product name, and reason for return
3. Wait for confirmation and pickup instructions
4. Hand over the product in original condition with tags and invoice

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed as follows:

• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via UPI/bank transfer (details will be collected via email)
• Refunds will be issued only after quality check approval

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g. damaged packaging, used items).

4. Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color:

• Contact our support within 7 days of delivery
• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
• Personal hygiene items
• Gift cards
• Downloadable products

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment
• To cancel, email us at slingerkart@gmail.com with your order ID
• Once shipped, the return policy will apply instead

7. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping is free in case of damaged or incorrect products
• For other returns free shipping.
